MISE didn't start in a tech lab — it started in a kitchen. Our founding team has spent over two decades in the trenches of hospitality: running brigades in Michelin-starred kitchens, managing restaurant P&Ls, leading food & beverage operations, and serving as General Managers of luxury hotels.
We lived the 14-hour shifts, the last-minute covers, the manual spreadsheets, and the constant juggling of guest expectations with operational reality. And we knew there had to be a better way.
That's why we built MISE — to bring the same AI-powered intelligence that Fortune 500 companies use to the hospitality industry, from luxury resorts to neighborhood restaurants.
